“Housekeeping” stars Ryan Gosling, Michelle Rodriguez, Kate Hudson, and Jessica Biel to star in new movie about housekeepers
A new “Housekeepers” film starring Ryan Goslin and Michelle Rodriguez is set to begin production next month, and the stars have confirmed that they will be starring in the movie alongside Kate Hudson and Jessica Bingley.
The announcement comes via Deadline.
It was reported last month that Goslin was set to direct the film with director David Fincher, and it was reported that the film was scheduled to start filming in June.
It’s unknown at this point whether the movie will be released in theaters or on streaming platforms like Netflix, but fans of the series can look forward to seeing the cast together for the first time in a feature film.
In addition to the two stars mentioned above, the film will also feature several other returning actors, including Michelle Rodriguez (House of Cards), Ryan Goslen (American Sniper), Ryan Reynolds (The Expendables 2), and Will Poulter (Parks and Recreation).
While “Housekeeper” fans will be happy to see their favorite characters reunite, the movie also has a new villain in the making: Dr. Richard, played by Zach Galifianakis.
The film is expected to be released sometime in 2019, so it would be interesting to see how things play out with the actor.
While the casting news is certainly exciting, it also comes at a bad time for “House of Keys,” which is set for a theatrical release next year.
While we’ve known for some time that the cast would be back together, the “House” movie will not feature many of the familiar faces, as it will be directed by James Wan.
In fact, the only familiar face that is expected in “HouseofKeys” is Will Poulster.
Poulters involvement in the new film is not a surprise, as he has a long history with “House,” having appeared in the films twice and previously voiced Dr. Henry Gotti, who was played by Jack Nicholson in the original films.
“House Of Keys” is expected for a 2019 release.
